Sauna – bio sauna and Tyrolean sweat room

The combination of sauna heat, cold application through water or air, as well as rest breaks that characterize the classic sauna session, strengthens the circulation and the immune system. Regular sauna visits also provide very effective protection against infectious diseases, as they strengthen the general constitution. Especially those people who are mentally very demanding in their jobs attribute great inspirational powers to spending time in the sauna.

Brine steam bath

Steam baths are good for your health and ensure beautiful skin. The steam relieves cramps, stimulates the circulation and increases blood flow. Asthma, bronchitis, rheumatism, hoarseness, gout, muscle tension and circulatory problems can be treated with steam baths.

Salt steam bath:
Warm air bath with extremely high humidity (50°C and 95% humidity).
You have to sweat for longer here (20 minutes per session).

Effect:
Cleanses the skin deep down to the pores (detoxification) and helps with respiratory diseases. Particularly suitable for muscle tension, colds and coughs.

For dry and sensitive skin as well as for those sensitive to heat. Ideal for breathing problems.

Infrared cabin

Regularly used infrared heat energy from an infrared cabin triggers a series of health-promoting processes. It has a positive effect on the body’s self-healing power, increases resistance and ensures deep relaxation:

Kneipp roundabout

With each step, one leg is pulled completely out of the water, like a stork’s walk, and the tip of the foot is bent slightly downwards. Then you brush the water off your legs with your hands and create a pleasant feeling of warmth through foot exercises
or walking.

Effect: Stimulates circulation, promotes blood flow, strengthens veins, stimulates metabolism, hardens, stabilizes the vegetative system. Recommended as a pick-me-up, for varicose veins, hot legs, migraines.
